IIMT® is a part of the
IBS®. IBS® is established to promote quality business education, research, training and consultancy in management. It has 19 campuses across India. IIMT® is the advanced research centre of
IBS®. It aims to develop a new cadre of management teachers through a rigorous campus-based full-time Management Teacher Program leading to Ph.D. degree. IIMT® provides support for research, funding for publication, and participation in national and international conferences. It has a well equipped library and computer facilities. IBS® has academic collaboration with Syracuse University, Bentley College, University of Toledo, Monash University, and other foreign B-Schools.

is reputed for its case research work. It is one of the largest contributors of case studies to ECCH, UK. Cases developed by
IBS® are being used by leading business schools all over the world and are included in textbooks in USA, Canada, UK and Europe.
We invite applications for faculty positions from eminent academicians in the following Areas: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Management Strategy, Business Economics, International Business and Research Methods.
Qualifications

Doctorate or equivalent qualification in the appropriate field from a reputed Indian or Foreign University.

Good record of published work.

Industry / consultancy experience is preferable.
Responsibilities

Design, develop and teach Ph.D./MBA Level courses

Guide doctoral candidates

Publish in reputed journals and participate / organize national and international Seminars/ Conferences.
Pay Scales
Senior Professor : Rs.23,000 - 750 - 27,500 / Rs.25,000 - 1000 - 35,000
Professor : Rs.18,400 - 500 - 22,400 / Rs.21,000 - 600 - 24,600
Associate Professor : Rs.16,400 - 450 - 20,000

In addition to the basic pay, DA, HRA, CCA, CPF (as given above) LTC, Medical, Leave encashment and Gratuity will be paid as per rules. The faculty members are encouraged to take up consultancy work on sharing basis as per rules. Selected candidates will be considered for appointment for appropriate positions depending on their qualifications and experience. In exceptional cases a higher salary may be considered consistent with the merit of the candidate.
